The client is the reason why Citizen Tax Service is in business. According, you have certain rights:

 

I. The client tax filings must be completed accurately and timely.

II. The client never pays for fixing our mistakes, but he does owe his own taxes as they are calculated or corrected.

III. The client will be charged accordingly and affordably, and will be offered all discounts as they apply.

IV. Client information is private and will be secured physically and electronically.

V. The client is due courtesy and will be listened to.

VI. The client may cancel services or change which person he talks to, up until his returns are filed.

VII. The client may know all dates of action, including preparation, efiling and review.

VIII. The client must be given copies of all filings, and all original documents must be returned to him.

IX. The client ultimately decides how to file his taxes, as long as the method is legal and covered by due diligence.

X. The client may direct Citizen Tax Service to deliver his records to verified recipients, subject to fee.
